Terms of use

Coach Flag (coachflag.com) is operated by Get HR Elevated, based in Harbor Springs, Michigan (“Coach Flag,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Get HR Elevated for your use of the Coach Flag website, app and learning resources (the “Service”).

By creating an account, accepting a parent invitation or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. The Service is not directed to children, and children may not register. Parents and guardians use their own accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Coaches represent that they have authority to manage their team and the permission of each player’s parent or guardian to enter, store and share that player’s information. Only invite parents or guardians entitled to receive the relevant child’s information. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access another team’s private records.

Use the Service only for lawful coaching, learning and team administration. You agree not to: harass, bully or shame anyone, including players; use profanity or abusive language in shared content; post sensitive information about a child without authority; upload unlawful, obscene or infringing material; distribute malicious code; scrape, overload or interfere with the Service; or bypass security or access restrictions.

We may remove content or restrict access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including rosters, notes, plays, drawings and photos (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including parent access, team photos, exports, optional AI requests and links you publish.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for Your Content, including permission from a parent or guardian before uploading a photo that shows a child. Team photos are visible to the coach and every parent linked to that team; anyone who views them can save or re-share them.

A published team or play link can be viewed by anyone who has it. Disabling a link stops future access through it but cannot recall copies others have made. Do not upload material copied from another playbook or use another organization’s names or logos without permission.

The Service, including its text, drills, plays, diagrams, animations, design and the Coach Flag name, is owned by Get HR Elevated or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and print our free resources for your own team practices and family learning.

You may not sell, resell or republish our materials as your own, or suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Coach Flag. Coach Flag is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with any professional league or flag football organization. Your league’s written rules take priority over our explanations.

Flag football involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Drills, plays, statistics and AI suggestions are planning aids only, not medical, safety or professional advice. Adults are solely responsible for supervising children and for deciding whether an activity suits each child’s age, ability, health, equipment, field and weather conditions.

AI features may produce inaccurate or unsuitable suggestions. Review every suggestion before use and do not enter sensitive information, such as medical details, into AI requests.

Core learning resources are free. Some app tools may be offered for a one-time or recurring fee. The price, included features and access terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms. Taxes may apply.

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once access is delivered. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a paid feature does not work as described and we will work with you to resolve it. “Lifetime” access means for as long as we operate the Service and the feature is offered.

Some records are stored only in your browser and are not backed up by us; clearing browser data or changing devices can remove them. Keep your own copies using available exports or prints.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or children, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and disputes, will survive.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET HR ELEVATED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify Get HR Elevated against claims arising from Your Content, your supervision of players or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If we cannot, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, or in small claims court where eligible, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them; changes do not apply retroactively to an existing paid purchase.
