Ages 7–10 · Game Changers
Compete hard. Play with class.
Players are ready for positions, simple plays and real games. We teach them to work as one team, lead each other and handle wins and losses the right way.
What they learn
From skills to strategy

Team
Every Position
Rotations so each player tries center, QB, receiver and defense.
Lead
Captain of the Day
Kids take turns leading warm-ups and the team cheer.
Think
Simple Playbook
A handful of plays they can call, run and draw themselves.

Goals & Stats
Personal goals each week — not just touchdowns.
Humility

After a score we name the assist. Big plays, small ego.
Language
Clean Mouths
No profanity from players, coaches or parents — even when it hurts.
Coach tips
A great practice for this age
- One-hour practice: warm-up, skills, plays, scrimmage
- Rotate positions so no one sits all game
- Teach one new play a week, review the rest
- Name a sportsmanship moment after every game
- Let players draw their own play at the end
- Celebrate effort stats like flag pulls and good blocks
- Say the assist out loud after every score — humility is coached, not assumed
- Keep the sideline clean: no profanity from players, coaches or parents
- Some players need a season or two to click. Never line them up by speed
